Biography

Anthony graduated from the School of Podiatry at the Institute of Technology in 1981. In 1996 he completed his Honors Degree through Brighton University, England. He achieved a first class pass and also received a university prize for the best thesis of 1996. Anthony was the Honorary Consulting Podiatrist with the Children's Hospital for 20 years. During this time he was mainly involved with assessing children with diabetes for lower limb complications. His PhD research was based on data compiled from his work in the Diabetes Complications Clinic at The Children's Hospital. It was in 2002 that his PhD in Bio structural and Biomolecular Research was bestowed upon him. The 30 years since Anthony first graduated has seen him guest lecture in Podiatry at The University of Western Sydney and The Institute of Technology. He has delivered many papers at State and National Conferences and International Conferences in Australia, France and Germany. Many of the papers presented at conferences have been published in peer reviewed international journals. He has been a member of the Australian Podiatry Association for 30 years and was a past Vice President and President of the Diabetes Podiatry Group of NSW. Anthony has maintained private clinical practice in Beecroft since first graduating and is interested in all aspects of Podiatric care.
